Most of our boer goats are percentage. Eventually we would like to have only 100% registered boer goats with South African genetics and CODI / PCI bloodlines. We got Socks a couple of years ago from a farm in Iva, South Carolina. You can view him on our boer goats page. He is a gentle giant and his percentage offspring have been very healthy and offer a beautiful array of colors. You can view some of them on our does for sale page.
At this time we are the proudest of our AKC registered Anatolian Shepherds. They have met our utmost expectations (and then some) when it comes to guarding our Boer goats. You can view individual pictures of them on our LGD page. They impress us daily with their strength and protective nature. The Anatolians mannerisms and personalities are unique to say the least. We sleep peacefully at night knowing the Anatolian Shepherds are watching over our farm. All three of our current Anatolian Shepherd's amaze us daily with their instincts and their keen sense of ability to tell when something is wrong. We have never once regretted investing in them. The safety and security they provide for our family and our boer goats is a constant reminder that we picked the right LGD for our goat farm.
We spend alot of time with our animals and I guess it is selfish in nature. We have found that the time spent with our boer goats and LGD's has become the most relaxing parts of our lives. The benefits to us is clearly shown by our ongoing boasting over our boer goats and Anatolian Shepherds. If we continue to grow and prosper the way we have in the past two years our lives can only become more enriched by the sanctuary these animals provide us.
We truly enjoy hearing from people who are interested in our Anatolian Shepherds, our boer goats, or just have a general question. Please feel free to any questions or add a comment by visiting our contact page. We promise to respond as soon as we can. Thanks for visiting. It is feeding time. We've got to go. The fun never ends.
